I had two problems in two locations. Brad took care of both very efficiently. He did a good job. He knew exactly what I needed and was great at explaining without trying to upsale or pressure me. He was very personable and it was a pleasure to meet him. There are many, many professionals out there that could benefit by watching his approach to the job and people. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hoffman Brothers recently came out to fix a slow leak in my shower, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Bryan was the technician, and it was great to work with him again after he previously repaired my water heater. As always, Bryan was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain what was causing the leak, walked me through the repair, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The work was completed efficiently, and the area was left clean and tidy. Hoffman Brothers continues to be reliable and easy to work with. Bryan’s consistency and expertise really stand out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any future needs.
