Great experience with the company! From booking appointment, the follow up, and the day of service! The technician was helpful in diagnosing the drain problem then offering two solutions to fix it or clean it. No high pressure sales, technician was even patient while I worked with my home warranty to get the problem covered with them. I will call them again if I need them! Needed a new water heater installed after the old one bit the dust. And we needed it done within the day. The guy showed up by 9:30 and was finished by lunch! Did a great job and explained everything he needed to do up front, including total cost. While I hope not to need any serious work done again, I'll gladly call Hoffmann Bros again. Hopefully our service guy, Q, will still be around.
