We didn't use a bathroom sink for over 2 years after multiple other plumbers were unsuccessful unclogging it. Within a few minutes, Chris was able to fix it and get it back in working order.

My experience with Hoffman Brothers , and specifically with Taylor Owen was excellent. Taylor answered all my questions , was patient and kind , and was very knowledgeable with the mini split system I ended up buying. It is primarily because of Taylor that I went ahead with this purchase and I was given a very fair price. Today Mason came to diagnose my main hvac units. Mason was very knowledgeable and offered several options for me. He was very good Today Taylor helped me pick out a new hvac system. He eas amazing and answered my every question. It was seamless and and a good experience Today I had a new American Standard hvac unit put in , 2 four ton units. Neyland , William , Ethan , Matthew , Thomas Owen , and Barsan were amazing installing the units. I specifically requested Neyland to do the install as he put in a Mitsubishi mini split in my bedroom a few weeks ago and did that perfectly. Very knowledgeable , answered every question , and has an attention to detail and doing the job right. Actually , Hoffman Brothers , because of the people they hire and train , are why I would go nowhere else for any home repairs or installations

I recently called Hoffman Brothers for help with an electrical issue, and they sent out Bryan. He was fantastic—extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure to cover his shoes before entering the house, which I really appreciated. Bryan quickly identified and fixed the problem, and he also took the time to answer several unrelated electrical questions I had. He offered helpful guidance and even gave me the names of products they use, encouraging me to do some research before making any decisions. It was refreshing to deal with someone who wasn’t pushing me to buy something I didn’t actually need. Bryan also let me know that Hoffman Brothers handles plumbing, HVAC, and appliances. If the rest of the team is anything like Bryan, I know exactly who I’m calling for any future home issues. Highly recommend!

Bryan and Chance were very professional and easy to talk to. They listened to my concerns. They did a great job on the work with no mess to clean up. I also liked I didn't have to ask them to take their shoes off. They had shoe covers ready to put on. I didn't have a chance to price compare (Not because they didn't give me the option. I wanted the work done today.) so I don't know if I over paid or not, but Bryan showed me options I could select and he explained it well. If there was a negative to say, the lady I spoke to stated the person that would come would be stocked with different options for a shower head and if they didn't have something, they could get one I wanted delivered to the guys that came. My expectation was set high and when I only had 2 options, it was a little disappointing. This is not a fault of Bryan and Chance. I think the person taking the appointment needs to be very specific to the options available. She did say I could get one from Lowes or HomeDepot, but again I thought there would be more options available when the guys came. Again, not a ding to Bryan and Chance. They did a great job, was very helpful, professional, and worked quickly, but with quality.
