I was very pleased with the quick and efficient response by Hoffman Bros. Chance, the plumbing professional, Was a great representation of the company. The leak was fixed quickly, and even though they certainly did not have to do so, all the laundry detergent and other products were neatly placed back under the sink after the repair.

Very friendly, very thorough, helpful, explained everything well and made suggestions, gave itemized list, average prices and it all goes under my account so I can refer to later when I’m ready to take the next step, or buy the next thing, etc etc. Very organized, shoe covers on and off was respectful. Turns out their electricians are just as amazing as their plumbers. Bryan was prompt and extremely knowledgeable. In just a few hours, he installed a new 240V changer for my car and a dedicated outlet for my pending tankless water heater (to be installed be Hoffmann Brothers). Highly recommend. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Highly recommend. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and good with dogs. Came out for a tankless water heater quote and were able to compete several other plumbing repairs I sidelined them with during the visit. I would normally get a few more quotes for a job like this tankless install but signed with them same day due to their price and professionalism. Update: Bryan and Brad came out for the tankless install. Again, they exceeded expectations. I now have a beautiful new tankless system. They left the worksite spotless. I couldn't be more impressed with these two and the company they work for.

Chris was the person who came to do the work and he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed the issue quickly. He also took the time to understand a dishwasher installation I require, passed along his notes to their appliance team, and even made the appointment. Very professional. Great service.
