Buying an all new central heat and air system is a very big investment and can be pretty stressful. After the installation of my new system I had some concerns and reached back out to the Billy the person that sold me the system. He immediately submitted the request for someone to come out and address my concerns with the system. A dispatcher called me within the hour and wanted to schedule someone to come out that very same day but i already had an appointment that day, The dispatcher said he could have Kris and Brandon come out at 7 am on Monday July 3 and that time was perfect for me. Kris and Brandon arrived right on time and inspected all areas of the system and assured me the system was working correctly and there were no issues. I was very impressed with their punctuality and their concern that everything was ok. I sure hope this quality service continues for the life of my system. Quality service, professional installation and honesty are top priorities for me and also this builds customer loyalty. I am happy with the service that Hoffman Brothers has given me so far.

I called Hoffmann Brothers plumbing on a Friday when our Navien tankless hot water heater started leaking. We were going on vacation on Sunday so were anxious to have the repair done before we were leaving. Rodney Gardner was dispatched to our call for service. He was accompanied by another technician. They identified the problem immediately and called to see if a local business had the part we needed. They went and picked up the part at 4:30 on a Friday and repaired our hot water heater by 5:30. Rodney and the other gentleman were friendly, efficient, and professional and knew what they were doing. We will definitely call Hoffmann Brothers again for our plumbing needs. We are very satisfied with the excellent service we received.

(Mid January) Thanks again to Neyland for switching out that part and explaining why it needed to be replaced. Have a great beginning to your year and I look forward to seeing you all in the Spring! (Mid December) I love the concept of a check up to prevent a catastrophic failure by initially addressing a relatively small issue that could result in that failure. It’s like a wellness check! It was a pleasure to meet Neyland who explained this very well and in fact found a part that was beginning to fail. Neyland researched the part and my unit which is still under warranty. Thanks again for catching that Neyland! And thank you especially for engaging me in a game of chess. A true holiday gift. Happy holidays to you and your colleagues at Hoffman! (Mid November) Turns out Gaylon shares his name with one of the most accomplished of Ancient Greek medical researchers. And he is, as are his colleagues, akin to the doctors who help us care for our children. In this case, the child in question is my fifteen year old duel fuel stove which, having benefited from Gaylon’s recent visit, will be enjoyed by all for years to come. My thanks again to Gaylon and to all those who have helped him make my home healthy! (Late October) I cannot help but liken Gaylon’s performance as an appliance expert to that of a seasoned musician who never drops a note. And a company like Hoffmann that picks the talent and prepares them for fieldwork has inspired me to learn a trade and aspire to work with Gaylon and his colleagues. As I’m going on 60 years old, that likely won’t come to pass. But it is a testament to Hoffmann’s people and practices that I would consider turning back the clock to work with them. Thanks again! (Late October) Brian with plumbing expertise spotted the evidence of past HVAC flooding. Then Brandon with HVAC expertise and Sherlock-like insight, solved the HVAC mystery and, with doctor-like precision, diagnosed the problem, then provided a treatment plan. Once again, Brian, Brandon, and the team at Hoffman have pushed my home renovations to a first and goal. Thanks again guys! (Early September) Thanks again Brandon. That part came in sooner than I expected and everything is on like Donkey Kong. See y’all on the next go around! (Mid-August) Brandon, thank you for troubleshooting, researching the availability of the replacement part, and discovering it’s still covered under warranty. I don’t have the education, the tools, or the talent to perform the service that you and your colleagues consistently provide. Thanks again! (Mid-August) Mason, thank you for solving the problem with odor leakage! I am totally impressed by your initiative to purchase a tool specifically for measuring the speed of air leaking from poorly sealed doors, cracks beneath doors, and cracks in lighting fixtures as well as the speed of air going into the return vent. I had no idea there was such a cool gadget to quickly solve the problem. Thanks again! (Early August) Thanks for the help with the mini-split, Brandon! (Late June) Thanks again to Brian and his colleagues at Hoffman for seeing this project all the way to completion. I am very happy with the work and now have a far healthier and quieter home.
