(Mid November) Turns out Gaylon shares his name with one of the most accomplished of Ancient Greek medical researchers. And he is, as are his colleagues, akin to the doctors who help us care for our children. In this case, the child in question is my fifteen year old duel fuel stove which, having benefited from Gaylon’s recent visit, will be enjoyed by all for years to come. My thanks again to Gaylon and to all those who have helped him make my home healthy! (Late October) I cannot help but liken Gaylon’s performance as an appliance expert to that of a seasoned musician who never drops a note. And a company like Hoffmann that picks the talent and prepares them for fieldwork has inspired me to learn a trade and aspire to work with Gaylon and his colleagues. As I’m going on 60 years old, that likely won’t come to pass. But it is a testament to Hoffmann’s people and practices that I would consider turning back the clock to work with them. Thanks again! (Late October) Brian with plumbing expertise spotted the evidence of past HVAC flooding. Then Brandon with HVAC expertise and Sherlock-like insight, solved the HVAC mystery and, with doctor-like precision, diagnosed the problem, then provided a treatment plan. Once again, Brian, Brandon, and the team at Hoffman have pushed my home renovations to a first and goal. Thanks again guys! (Early September) Thanks again Brandon. That part came in sooner than I expected and everything is on like Donkey Kong. See y’all on the next go around! I am totally impressed by your initiative to purchase a tool specifically for measuring the speed of air leaking from poorly sealed doors, cracks beneath doors, and cracks in lighting fixtures as well as the speed of air going into the return vent. I had no idea there was such a cool gadget to quickly solve the problem. Thanks again! (Early August) Thanks for the help with the mini-split, Brandon!
