Nobody wants their AC to stop working in the middle of summer. Hoffman Brothers were quick to get out and fix it. Patrick, our technician, was knowledgeable and efficient. Discovered what the problem was fairly quickly, and was able to repair it same day. Patrick also gave us some other future options to make our equipment run efficiently, that we will address in the coming months and have Hoffman Brothers back out to implement.

Jake and Thomas explained the various options we were considering clearly. This made it easy to choose which way to go. We are very pleased with our new toilet & utility sink and repaired faucet. I also very much appreciated them letting us know that some things we were thinking about aren’t necessary at this time. That made it possible for us to choose the utility sink - which we probably wouldn’t have done today. It was the better value for our current needs.
