Tanner and team were awesome. They came in and took a look at our project and gave us an estimate. It was a bit more than we had budget and they tried every way possible to make it work for us. There was no pressure and when we do save up for the job we will definitely call Hoffman!

It’s hard to get a call back from home improvement vendors in Nashville, so the customer service from Hoffman Brothers was a great relief. Bryan arrived promptly and was very kind and helpful. He also pointed out a real issue with my water heater that needs addressing, and although I’m sure sales is part of the game, i never felt pressured. I’ll definitely be using Hoffman Brothers for my electrical and electronics lumping needs.

He knew exactly what my issue was and fixed it in no time! He didn’t try to upsale me on anything and was helpful with another problem I had. I can not say enough good things about Hoffmann Brothers. From the moment I called to schedule someone to come out and look at our AC to the person who actually came out, every single person was incredibly nice and kept me in the loop with what they were finding. I had a different company come out before them and that company took about 20 mins to look and tell me what was wrong. Hoffman brothers took their time and figured out everything that was wrong and a plan to fix it. They installed our new AC in a timely manner and even came back out to make sure everything was working perfectly. 100/10 would recommend

Casey was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem to me in terms I could understand. He did not have some of the parts he needed so he went to Home Depot and got them. I was not charged for the extra time. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone
