I could not be more pleased with my first experience with Hoffman Brothers. I was kept apprised of their arrival regularly which I appreciated greatly. The Field Representative, Brantley, was amazing. His diagnosis and explanation of the problem with appropriate solutions gave me a clear view of what needed to be done. Brian H did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He explained everything to me in layman’s terms and offered me various resolutions and the risk/benefit of each. He was able to fix the emergency issue right away so that I could get cold air again to the house, and gave me a great roadmap for the remaining work to correct install issues left over from the original builder. I felt very confident in his service today and would highly recommend him to anyone. Hoffman brothers offers great financing options too which helps make the bigger ticket items more feasible.

Some of the price points can be a like higher, but the work has been off the highest quality, they literally sent people out same day both times, work was done timely, cleanly and professionally. I found Hoffmann Brothers listed in a “Best Pick Reports” for Nashville suburbs, a listing of contractors and ratings. Hoffmann Brother’s rating was 4.9 out it 5. I needed a plumber to clear our kitchen sink drain pipe. I called around 2PM. The service associate, Lucas, quickly understood my problem and was able to schedule a service call for 7 AM the following day. The plumber, Jake, arrived right on time. Jake diagnosed the problem, clearly described the cause, the solution , and recommended methods to prevent reoccurrence. While clearing the plugged line he was very careful to prevent any mess. When the work was complete he confirmed the sinks were draining properly. I am very pleased with Hoffmann Brothers and their service technicians. I would definitely call them again for plumbing, electrical or any of their other HVAC services.

At 11:30 AM, my wife noticed our 11-year-old water heater had a leak. By 4:00 PM, a new water had been expertly installed. The price was only a little more than a pre-covid estimate, which given the inflation on materials cost since then, was a pleasant surprise. Hoffman Bros exceeded expectations on every level.
