I was very impressed by Luke’s professionalism. He was very communicative, explaining each item he was checking, while trying to trouble shoot the problem with the HVAC unit. In relatively short order he was able to find the issue and corrected a design flaw of the unit to prevent future occurrence and get our system back up and running. Thank you Luke!!
