Donnie from Hoffmann Bros. came for our semi-annual inspection of our HVAC system. (We are members of their Home Protection plan) It was great timing, because he identified a problem with the condensate drain, which could have led to serious water damage. After checking the whole system, he got the drain working again, and at no cost to us! Over the years I have met many of Hoffmann’s plumbing and HVAC techs, and every one of them was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Hoffmann Bros.

Hoffman Brothers consistently do a great job maintaining my rental property. Quality of the work is excellent, and the prices are fair. I’m writing to thank Daniel, the Hoffmann Brothers Tech, for your excellent work in diagnosing and repairing (including a parts run); in short order on the Sump Pump and all around the pump, which had another plumbing company say it is all ok and then did an expense test, that was not necessary, took 3 weeks, and only took Daniel a few minutes to diagnose the problem. I was particularly impressed with your professionalism in explaining the nature of the issue to us. In terms that were understandable. Our thermostat went out so we called Hoffman Brothers, and they sent Brandon out to us. Brandon was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He easily deduce the issue and fixed it within minutes. He gave my wife and I tips and tricks on how to keep my home cooler throughout the summer and warmer throughout the winter. I was extremely grateful for the knowledge that he passed on to us. We recently signed up with Hoffmann for our annual HVAC service, so it made sense to try them first when our new gas tankless water heater went out on Saturday. Jake came to assess the issue on Monday and was able to troubleshoot pretty quickly; he contacted the manufacturer since it’s under parts warranty, got the parts ordered, and took the time to register the unit to us so the warranty would be in effect. The parts came in on Thursday and it looked like Hoffmann wouldn’t be able to come back until the following Monday, but they moved things around to ensure we wouldn’t have to go another weekend without hot water. Jake was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I am so grateful to have a reliable service company like Hoffmann on our side. Also REALLY grateful I can finally shower again! (So is everyone around me 😉). Thanks, y’all!

Hoffman brothers has really kept up with the times. Everything was convenient, notifications were sent throughout the process and my tech Brian showed pictures of the evidence of each issue and explained which ones were the most urgent, and which could possibly be fixed at a later date.
