I was having problems with my thermostat so I made an appointment with Hoffman Brothers. They were so easy to work with. They kept me updated on my appointment time which was extremely helpful. Dalton was my tech. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went over what he did and he also helped me with information about my unit and my dryer vent. I will definitely request Dalton for future jobs. So kind, knowledgeable and courteous.

I contacted Hoffman Brothers as a 2nd opinion. Patrick came out, was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do. He made sure to ask often if I had any questions. As it turns out, the previous company lied to me about the "issues" I had. Patrick explained the status of my hvac system and gave me estimates for all potential next steps. No high pressure sales at all, but very thorough in his assessment. I highly recommend Hoffman Brothers and Patrick was a fantastic technician!

Josh and Max did a thorough evaluation on my home's water pressure. They even thought to ask permission to test my neighbor's home. I was impressed that they uncovered that the pressure issue was not just at my home and called the water company to come out and do an inspection. I will only use this company in the future!
