We got a used washer and dryer that needed to be maintained. Troy Drake was great. He was professional and courteous. He came out quicker than expected. After he was done he took snap shots of the entire process and sent them via email along with the invoice. That was a nice touch. All in all he was great. I highly recommend Hoffmann Brothers.

Reece was extremely professional and very knowledgeable and kind. He inspected our unit thoroughly along with the layout of our duct work and gave us plenty of options and price points to consider. We only asked for a quote, so we don’t have any experience with installation etc… But Reece was great!
