Fantastic plumbing service! While I can’t speak for other services offered, their plumbing services were great. Your technician Henry did a great job fixing our toilet issue and getting everything cleaned up when he left. He was friendly, professional, and didn’t try to sell us on stuff we didn’t need (have had this experience with other companies in the past). I’ll definitely go with Hoffman Brothers again in the future.

Hoffman Bros has been great. Signed up for the monthly program, which I usually hate those things, but it’s definitely been worth It. Their prices always seem a little high to me, so I welcome the discount that comes with the membership, but they are timely, great comms and reliable…. So worth the investment.

$500 for a 20amp breaker is not cheap. However, Jacob explained the process, was curtious and professional, covered his feet while in my home, and did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend and use this company (Hoffman Brothers) again. I hope Hoffman Brothers takes care of Jakob the way he does their customers. Thank you! 🙏🏻

I had a 6 hr. window. Hoffmann kept updating info about when I could expect the serviceman Rodney. That was very much appreciated as I work from home. Rodney was coming to look at my water heater. I knew it needed to be replaced because that naughty heater had sprung a leak. Rodney took time to explain all that was necessary in the replacing …and added some of the “You could….” It all made sense so I ordered “the whole meal, including dessert!” I am very pleased with the whole process and with Rodney who gets stars for patience!!

We are new to Nashville, so we found Hoffman Brothers from an internet search and called them yesterday morning to repair a garbage disposal in a new condo that we just purchased. The technician (Tyler) showed up this morning promptly at 7:00 as planned and had our garbage disposal replaced by 8:00.
