The repairman (Gaylon Kelley) was very personable and professional. Arrived on time and was proficient in diagnosing the problem. Was not able to complete the repairs because parts were needed. Gave me an estimate on the parts required. I checked with the local and online supply houses and the price was inline with the quote. Glad to see there was no price gouging.
