My AC wasn’t pushing out cold air last night and made an online appointment for tomorrow. Within 15 minutes they called to let me know that they could have someone here today and I didn’t have to wait- within 2 hours Brian showed up. Very professional, let me know every thing he could and have great guidance on what repairs to do. Fixed the issue on the spot and got us repair quotes for everything else. Will be using Hoffman for all HVAC needs going forward- really happy with the service. Update: neyland just came to give us our yearly service. Incredible service, so helpful, and professional.
