They were on time, honest, reliable and dependable. No upselling. Everything was done in an excellent manner at the agreed upon price and unlike any other plumber I have ever used he cleaned up after himself. They aren't the cheapest but I will pay a little extra for better service done right at the agreed upon time. He did a great job and was honest.
