Vincente, an appliance repair serviceman, came to evaluate the frost build-up in our upright freezer. He discovered a weakness in the door seal. He returned later and replaced the seal. He showed us the old seal and there was a pinhole wear spot that allowed air to leak in. Hopefully this will be the “cure” for our icing problem. Vincente performed his job in a timely and efficient manner. If needed again for service, we would request Vincente. We give him 5 stars.
