Vincente came out to check on my 15 year old oven that wasn't heating properly. At first he thought due to age an unable to get parts that I would need a new oven. He could see how disappointing that was to me at Christmas and he continued to research my problem. He found that I had a hidden heating element and took out oven and found that was my problem. In a couple of days, he had my part and oven is working great!!! Thank you so much!!!
