He was super enjoyable to talk to. I love that Hoffman Brothers has dog treats. My 13 year old Great Pyrenees is Randy's new best friend! I'm glad it was a simple fix. I also feel stupid it was such a simple fix. I signed up for the membership. Overall a great experience.
